Be a superhero!
Start Father’s Day with the Bendigo’s “Run For Dad” fun run at Bendigo Racecourse.
Run For Dad is designed to raise your heart rate and much-needed funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. We’re calling on families from across Bendigo and beyond to dress up as their favourite superhero to support the heroes fighting prostate cancer.
After your run, enjoy a free breakfast provided by some of the local Rotary clubs.

Where? Bendigo Racecourse, Heinz St, White Hills (Google Map)
When? Father’s Day – Sunday 3rd September 2023
What time? 10am
How far? 8 km Run (Two Laps of inside track) or 3.75 km Run / Walk (One Lap)
Entry Fees: Open $40, Under 18 $10, Under 5 Free (Closing Sat 2nd Sept. 8 pm.)
On the Day Entry till 9:45: Open $60, Under 18 $20, Under 5 Free.
What should you wear? Your favourite superhero outfits (oh, and comfortable running clothes, too)
PLEASE Note: This is a NO DOG event

ABOUT THE CAUSES
Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia
Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia are dedicated to reducing the impact of prostate cancer on Australian men, their partners and families, recognising the diversity of the Australian community.
They do this by:
- Promoting and funding world leading, innovative research into prostate cancer
- Implementing awareness and advocacy campaigns and education programs for the Australian Community, health professionals and Government
- Supporting men and their families affected by prostate cancer through evidence-based information and resources, support groups and Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurses.

ENTRY FEES
Entry Fees: Open $40, Under 18 $10, Under 5 Free (Closes 6 pm Sat 2nd)
On the Day Entry till 9:45 am: Open $60, Under 18 $20, Under 5 Free.
All entry fees are passed on to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia thanks to event sponsors.
Bib Collection: Pre-Event: Collect from Macdonald’s Nursery, Retreat Rd, Spring Gully on Friday 1st or Saturday 2nd Sept.
On the Day: Between 8:00am – 9:30am at the Bendigo Racecourse
Conditions of entry:
Participants in the 8 km event must be 12 years & over
Participants in the 3.75km event may be any age.
Your photo may be taken.
No dogs are permitted at the Bendigo Racecourse.
